Our Nordic Walking Group, hosted in collaboration with Kennebunkport Parks and Recreation, is a way to enjoy the Accessible Trail in Hope Woods using specialized poles. Nordic Walking provides an overall body workout, and for those who need a little extra stability and support the poles provide the ability to walk the trail with confidence. Theis free program will meet in the parking lot at the trailhead on Hope Woods Lane on Thursday mornings at 9:00 AM.
